DECLARATION
Today we decree that your mind is sound, clear, and alert. We say that you will not be overcome by any diseases of the mind. In the name of Jesus, we break the power of Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, memory loss, brain fog, confusion, forgetfulness, brain damage, and mental disorientation. We declare that no evil spirit of the devil can destroy your mind. Any hormonal changes, growths, interferences, or blockages are cleared up by the power of God. We say that you shall always have a sound mind that is focused, bright, attentive, and sharp. You can quickly recollect facts, events, and remember information. You can quickly recall Scripture and all that the Holy Spirit reveals. We speak healing to any injury of the mind, and we speak health to all aspects pertaining to your mental capacity and cognizance. We say that your mind and memory are sound in Jesus’ name!
SCRIPTURE
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7 KJV).
WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT
One thing to never joke about is memory loss or any of the diseases associated with it. People think this is acceptable to do as people age, but why do it? Our words are powerful, and we need to believe and decree that we have the mind of Christ that is always in its right function. Plenty of people live to 100 years and are fully in their right mind, so why accept less? Sure, everyone can feel mentally tired at times and perhaps we need to get rest and take time to recharge and create healthy habits. Sleep replenishes our brain, so it’s important to rest and work to eliminate what adds unnecessary stress. But it’s equally important to not give voice to mental exhaustion. If you feel confusion and brain fog regularly, reject it in Jesus’ name! We need to stand up in faith against diseases of the mind and not accept any hereditary conditions. As God’s people we can ask the Lord to give us a sound mental capacity all the days of our life. It’s not God’s will for you to be subjected to these things. Command your mind to be whole and sound in Jesus’ name!
