NO MORE DISAPPOINTMENT

Daily Decree

WE decree you shall not live in the realm of repeated or continual disappointment. We prophesy that you shall not look at your circumstances and brace for disappointment. We break the power of all repeat patterns of letdown, setback, and disillusion in Jesus’ Name. We prophesy that you will not experience negative blow after blow regarding the things you are believing for. We declare thorns and thistles are replaced with fruitful blooms. We speak that you attain results and achievement that will bring delight to your soul. We declare you see a sudden shift for the better that will boost your morale and give a new sense of determination. We decree that “disappointment” will not need to have a place in your vocabulary regarding your current situation. Disappointment is turned into delight, and we speak that you will rejoice for your season of relief has come in the Name of Jesus!

SCRIPTURE

Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to the Lord for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off (Isaiah 55:13).

WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT

Disappointment is different from grieving. It’s not usually as tragic. It’s more of that little feeling of wanting something to have turned out differently but also accepting the fact that it didn’t. Learning to accept certain elements of disappointment is healthy in the sense that it makes you well balanced. However, it’s not so healthy when a person is hit with repeat disappointments, particularly in one specific area. After a while it takes the wind out of your sails. Repeat blows of disappointment can be spiritual and incited by the enemy.
They are also a demonic tactic intended to discourage you in prayer. Begin declaring that repeated encounters with disappointment are not allowed to have a foothold in your life or situation!
