IT WILL COME TO PASS!

May 17, 2020 | Daily Decrees, Pastor Brenda Kunneman

SCRIPTURE

This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare (1 Timothy 1:18).

WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT

When we think of the prophet Elijah we think of one of the most definitive prophets of Scripture. His prophecies came to pass! However, his prophetic words still had to be bathed in prayer. In First Kings 18, he prophesied that there would be no rain, but then in James 5:17-18 it says he prayed fervently that it might not rain. We see here that prophecy and prayer had to be coupled together. It’s not enough to just receive a prophetic word; it needs to be covered in strong prayer. If you receive a prophecy and carelessly toss it aside, there is a tremendous chance you will never see it come to fruition. When we pray and war over the prophetic words in our life or even prophecies for a group, city, or nation, we are helping
push those words through to manifestation. Decree today over the prophecies you have received and declare, “It will come to pass!”
