In the wake of the tragic events surrounding the death of Charlie Kirk, Pastors Hank and Brenda Kunneman would like to share an official response letter for members, donors, and followers of the ministry to have access to read.

Official Charlie Kirk Statement
America and many around the world today are reeling from the horrific act that took the life of Charlie Kirk. Our hearts are broken. Not only was Charlie a reformer to his generation, but he was a devout man of God and a brother in Christ. Charlie stood for resolute biblical values and was martyred for that faith. Our hearts are stretched out toward his grieving wife, two beautiful children and his family and friends whose lives have been shattered. We have no words that can bring solace to their pain.
Charlie was a man who believed in what America was built upon. First of all, he believed in the inalienable right to life, which was maliciously taken from him today. He believed we can all share our ideas freely and have dialogue that allows us to look at facts and find the truth without having to inflict harm on those we disagree with. Charlie was a light and guidepost to all of us, showing us how to stand bravely in all our spheres of influence.
Many are obviously in shock and mourning by this evil political assassination. That said, the epidemic of political violence in the United States of America must not continue! All of it…whether it be a viable threat or if said carelessly in jest, THE VIOLENCE MUST END! ALL of it MUST END! Life is precious and NO person, regardless of age, race or creed, should be targeted with physical harm of any kind.
So where do we go from here? Well, to begin with we need to first imagine what Charlie would be telling us as he sits at the table of the Master tonight. He would not be telling us to cower in retreat. As we understandably mourn deeply today, Charlie would be reminding us to run to the battle and stand for the truth of God’s Word in a dark and evil world. Key figures and friends who were connected to Charlie have emphasized that Charlie would be telling all of us to join in unison and press forward.
And this is exactly what we will do. We will trust the Lord to guide us into the next chapter of our assignment. Today, in a certain way, we all together corporately become Charlie Kirks by embodying the vision and grace he carried for this nation and his generation. We carry on the anointing he had on his life to tell the world about Jesus Christ.
We will carry onward and ask the Lord, like the early apostles prayed, “And now behold their threatenings: and grant unto thy servants, that with all boldness they may speak they word…”
Surely this is a shift change and in our deepest honor of the man who formed it, it’s a TURNING POINT for America and the world. Thank you, Charlie, for fanning the flame in us all! We will take it from here.
