SCRIPTURE
Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: that we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive (Ephesians 4:13-14).
WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT
Believers who do not tend to grow spiritually are those who don’t acknowledge they need to grow. While no one would ever come out and bluntly say, “I have arrived,” people often unintentionally overlook their own need for personal growth and therefore the result is the same. Personal growth starts by first having a teachable spirit. Then it requires a willingness to acknowledge we can only be trusted with new levels of influence because we humbly recognize the need for constant spiritual development. People who have influence are people who purposefully pursue personal growth. They continually make adjustments. God wants you to grow to another level today so that you can be the most effective person you can be and touch someone’s life in a whole new way!
