SCRIPTURE
But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear (1 Peter 3:15).
WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT
We must always remain cognizant of the fact that we are the bridge of hope for the lost or those seeking a deeper experience with the Lord. We connect them to Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Yet many are like the Queen of Sheba when she came to Solomon with hard questions, but he was able to answer them (see 2 Chron. 9:1-2). God wants us to be always ready with a clear and decisive answer for those who come to us trying to know the way of God. If we place Jesus as Lord in our hearts each day, we are better prepared to give those answers.
Spend time in the Bible, pray, and prepare yourself to be a resource for people who don’t know God and need answers. Ask the Lord today to put within you the ready answer for every person trying to connect to the Lord!
